Trust & Security

Security Built Into The System.

Security and responsible system design are considered throughout how AutomateX Labs builds and integrates automation systems. The right approach depends on the workflow, connected platforms and responsibilities agreed for each implementation.

Practical safeguards start with thoughtful system boundaries.

Security is not a single feature or badge. It is a set of decisions about what information a system needs, who can access it, how integrations are configured, and where human oversight belongs.

01

Data Handling

Systems should be designed to process only the information reasonably required for the intended workflow. Data requirements, sources and destinations are considered in the context of the client’s goals and the services being implemented.

02

Access & Credentials

When integrations require account access or credentials, access should be limited to what is reasonably needed for the implementation. Clients should use appropriate account controls, permission levels and credential-handling practices for their connected platforms.

03

Integrations

Integrated systems depend on the security, availability and permission models of the connected third-party platforms as well as the configuration of the implementation. Each connected service remains subject to its provider’s controls and terms.

04

System Design

Implementations are designed around the client’s workflow and intended use. Appropriate access boundaries, information flows, escalation points and operational responsibilities are considered as part of that design.

05

Monitoring & Maintenance

Where included in a client’s service arrangement, implemented systems may be reviewed, maintained or improved over time. The scope and frequency of any monitoring, maintenance or support depends on the applicable written agreement.

06

Responsible AI

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected outputs. Appropriate configuration, testing, safeguards, escalation paths and human oversight should be selected according to the use case and the potential impact of an error.
